Do you provide refunds if I cannot attend on the day of my course?

However, we are more than happy to transfer you to another course on a day you are able to attend.
Are there discounts for Group Bookings?

How do I pay for my course?
When you book a course through our online bookings page, you will be taken through our secure payment process. Credit cards, direct deposit, or Paypal are payment options offered. You will be issued with a receipt upon us receiving the funds.
What shall I bring to the course?
A pen, snacks/lunch, and comfortable clothes. You must also supply the trainer with a Unique Student Identifier number (USI), a government initiative that came in on the 1st January, 2015. For more information see the short video about it at the base of the home page or visit www.usi.gov.au.
Can Accredited First Aid come to my home/workplace to run a course?
